Help & support
Find your rhythm, then keep improving your shot.
Start playing
- Choose Play, Levels or Practice from the home screen.
- Touch a ball near the bottom of the court and swipe upward toward the hoop. The distance and direction of your swipe control the shot.
- Watch the rim and backboard rebounds. Balls return to the tray and can be used again.
- Use the pause button at the top right to resume or return home.
How do points work?
Normal orange balls are worth 1 point, red/white/blue balls 2 and black balls 3. In Play, Fever multiplies their points. Green time balls add the number of seconds displayed on the ball when scored. Bomb fragments each earn points if they go through the hoop.
How does Fever work?
In Play, eight consecutive successful shots fill the meter and raise your multiplier from ×1 to ×2. The meter starts empty again; fill it to reach ×3, then keep building. Successful shots maintain Fever. The first missed shot resets the multiplier to ×1 and clears the meter. A bomb burst contributes at most one successful shot toward the Fever meter.
Why does Play keep changing?
Every 25 points adds five seconds. Every 100 points introduces a random change. Play always starts on Classic; later changes can move the hoop, introduce mini balls or switch machines. Only Orbit changes gravity and only Storm introduces wind.
What are Levels and Practice?
Levels contains 48 score challenges. Reach the displayed goal before time runs out; finishing sooner earns more stars. Practice lets you choose one of the eight machines, or Variable machine, and set Relaxed, Easy, Medium or Hard difficulty. Practice has no time limit and does not affect your records or global ranking.
How do I appear in the global ranking?
Sign in to Apple's Game Center before starting a Play round. The game submits your score when the round finishes or you return home; the leaderboard keeps your best. Levels and Practice are excluded. Tap the ranking panel on the home screen to view the leaderboard. Scores earned before signing in are not uploaded retroactively. Offline scores from authenticated rounds retry when the home screen next refreshes with a connection.
What if the ranking is unavailable?
Check your internet connection and Game Center sign-in in iPhone Settings. Return to the home screen and tap the unavailable ranking panel to retry. A previously cached position is labeled “Last synced ranking” until a refresh succeeds. You can play without Game Center.
How do I control sound?
Open the gear button on the home screen and change Sound. The setting controls game effects and machine ambience. Also check your iPhone volume and silent mode. Gameplay pauses when the app is interrupted.
Where is my progress saved?
Records, stars and sound settings are stored on your device. Deleting the app can remove them; restoring an iPhone backup may restore saved data. Your Game Center leaderboard score is stored separately by Apple and is not removed by deleting the app.
